MISS TOURISM OF THE MILLENNIUM: QUEENS ARRIVE IN ETHIOPIA

Contestants from around over 50 countries are expected to arrive to Addis Ababa for the Miss Tourism of the Millennium pagenat. Miss Tourism of the Millennium is one of many events scheduled for the Ethiopian Millennium celebrations which will last up to September 12, 2008. The organizers of the Millennium celebrations have also set up a magazine for the pageant.

Mohamud Dirir, Minister of Tourism, said most of the contestants have already arrived from many counties.

Under the ever watchfull eye and professional direction of the President and National Director Andy Abulime, Ethiopia has faired well in various Top International beauty contests since 2003 when he single handedly brought the Beauty Pageant Industry to life in Ethiopia, and most recently particularly in competitions attributed to Tourism, this debut of his Internationsl pagent is a true testament to his unmatched dedication and love of promoting Ethiopia to the World.
